Step 1 > Preparation <

Add 14g of Himawari Blend coffee to your French Press.

Step 2 > Add hot water <

Pour over 250ml of hot water (92℃ - 94℃) in a circular motion to ensure that all the grounds are submerged.

Step 3 > Coffee Brewing <

Start your timer and wait for four minutes while your coffee is brewing.

Step 4 > Plunge and pour <

Now, you can press the plunger all the way down.

Please make sure to push it gently and slowly.

Step 5 > Pour <

Right away, decant your coffee into a favorite cup.

Please do not leave it sitting in a carafe to avoid over-extraction.

Caution

Avoid pushing the plunger too fast and too hard. It agitates your grounds coffee and might add bitter flavors to your coffee.
