What is Specialty Coffee
Specialty coffee is NOT a special coffee which anybody can easily say without restriction. It exactly refers to the very excellent quality coffee, which is distinguished by its aroma, flavor, distinctive character and obtains a rating of 80 or above in a scale of 100 given by Specialty Coffee Association.
Specialty Coffee is:
